December 25, 2009 marked the 25th Birth Anniversary of Late Ms. Khushi, Ex – Director, J International Private Limited. To celebrate this occasion, the non-executive and promoting directors of J International Private Limited constituted a contributory fund – JIDF: J International Development Fund. This fund is supported through the major contribution from the non-executive director’s compensation and through the other silent donations. This will be used to support various activities in the field fields of Art & Culture, Education and CSR Activities.
In the first Board Council meeting of JIDF (held on January 4, 2010; Monday), the management unanimously approved the proposal of Mr. S. D. S. Khanna – Chairman, J International Private Limited & Chairperson, JIDF– to start the operation in India. Ms. Aishwarya, Director, J International Private Limited (and also the twin sister of Ms. Khushi) was unanimously appointed as the non-executive director & Chief Mentor for the JIDF.
On February 01, 2010 Ms. Jiya, Ex – Leader Human Resources (India & SAARC), J International Private Limited and a childhood friend of Ms. Khushi took over the responsibility for heading the “FOR YOU” – Indian Operations of JIDF. Ms. Jiya had in past worked very closely with Ms. Khushi professionally as well as in various community development and charity programs.
The subsidiary of Indian Operations for JIDF is named “FOR YOU” . “FOR YOU” is dedicated in the memory of the most admired director of J International Private Limited – Ms. Khushi
“FOR YOU”has been constituted to complete the various CSR and Social Welfare Projects started by late Ms. Khushi along with Ms. Jiya Khanna, Ex- Leader Human Resources (India & SAARC), J International Private Limited.
Through its operations “FOR YOU” aims to initiate and partner with the organizations that are involved in the promotion of Education, Arts & Culture and CSR Activities and to extend its hands as an external facilitator supporting any event or activity and/or felicitating individuals for their achievements, performance and contributions in the field of Fine Arts, Cultural Activities, Education and CSR Activities.
“FOR YOU”being in nascent stage of operations, would be keen and be looking forward for joining hands and working together in collaboration with educational institutes and/or corporate that support any event/activities pertaining to the growth of fine Arts, Education and other CSR Activities.

The Board Members of JIDF: J International Development Fund, during their first meeting held in London, on January 4, 2010 (Monday) have finalized the following guidelines governing the basic functioning of JIDF: J International Development Fund and/or any of its respective operations in various regions.
The key points include –
“FOR YOU” will act only and only as an external partner / facilitator in supporting an Event/ Activity for the promotion of Education, Arts & Culture and/or other CSR Activities. The decision on whether to be or not to be associated with a particular event / activity will however be retained by the Board of founding members of JIDF. The decision will be made or finalized by simple majority of the executive committee, whose decision is to be approved formally by the Board Council.
None of the members and/or any partner associated with “FOR YOU”, JIDF and/or J International Private Limited will be given or allowed to take any leverage (in actual / implied) for association with the respective bodies.
“FOR YOU” and/or any of its member will not be part of any decision making process at the respective partner organization on deciding the distribution and/or utilization of the fund by respective partner organizations. However the management of JIDF may consider the request of appointing a member/partner as an external facilitator on a particular program on request of the partner organization.
The partner organization selected will be required to submit a report on the particular activity in which the description of utilization of fund, allocated by JIDF through “FOR YOU”, is mentioned. This report will hence be circulated among all the stake holders (external and internal) and be posted the website (subject to management’s decision).
“FOR YOU” will operate as a non-profitable virtual organization. We will operate under high confidential environment govern by “NO INFORMATION SHARING” clause of the parent company J International Private Limited.
No information will be shared regarding the major contributors and/or fund contributed by respective contributors to any external person. However on special request by the partner organization the management may decide on furnishing the respective details regarding the specific amount contributed for a specific activity in which JIDF funds were utilized through “FOR YOU”. Any such request has to be routed by mail through the HOD of the concerned department and has to be addressed directly to the Director’s office.
“FOR YOU” and JIDF will look upon the partner organization as an extended arm. We would appreciate our partner organization to educate the respective people within their respective organization about “FOR YOU” initiative. This will also ensure us to reach to other smaller and less known organization with which the individuals might be associated. However, any correspondence from any member of the partner organization has to be routed through a single contact person for “FOR YOU” in the organization. Under no condition the management or any member of “FOR YOU” and /or J International Private Limited will entertain any personal query addressed directly in case of the partner organization
The Board Council and/or Executive Committee together or individually hold the right to revert or not to revert on any query put to them through “Share your Query Form”. The management holds the right to or not to revert on a query put to them.
”FOR YOU” would require at least a time period of 7 – 14 days (including Saturday and Sunday) to revert to the management decision on whether to be part of a particular even / activity and for the funds to reach the organization.
Any payment made to the partner organization will be through Bank Draft and/or Banker’s Cheque only.
The guidelines can be modified and changed by the Governing Board of JIDF at any time. However, the respective changes will be communicated to the partner organizations in advance.
